I want to use the extended character set of my printer.
I've already worked out a solution for getting
the eight-bit characters out past nroff. (uses post-processing filter)
But if I have tables, I need to use "col", and 
that also strips the character to 7 bits.   *sigh*

Soooo,  does anybody have a source to a PD (or otherwise available)
version of "col", or know where I can get one?
(I DO NOT have the ability to FTP)
