Hi. I'm writing a work that has large amounts of commentary which is subordinate to the main text. These are not really footnotes but small paragraphs which I wish to float to the bottom of the page. I have used floating Tables and Figures but I cannot hack together a way of floating boxes of text to the bottom of a page. It is critical that I be able to use index and bibliographic references in these boxes of commentary at the bottom of the page. What can I do to mimic the floating of Tables and Figures, but this time with boxes of text??? This is in LaTeX. Solutions or pointers to solutions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Victor
