Message-ID: Date: 8 May 91 13:29:33 GMT Distribution: comp.sys.sun Organization: Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA Lines: 15 Nntp-Posting-Host: spectrum.cc.lehigh.edu I need to connect a Sun Sparc 1+ (SunOS 4.1) to the backbone network using slip. I just cannot seem to get the software to modify the kernel. The one on uunet seems buggy---the tar file does not untar properly. Besides it is in the directory /comp.sources.unix/volume24/sysVr4386slip, which seem to suggest that it is for sysVr4 machines. I also looked at wuarchive.wustl.edu and found some random slip related files. Where can I get a copy of slip for sun sparc? -- Binod Taterway | lubkt@spectrum.CC.Lehigh.EDU Sr. User Consultant | bt00@lehigh.BITNET Lehigh University Computing Center | (215) 758-3984 (off) Bethlehem, PA 18015 | (215) 758-4983 (fax)
