What's for any machines other than an Xstation? 'xset' is a sample X11 client, found in /usr/lpp/X11/Xamples/clients/xset. It doesn't come compiled, but it can easily be compiled along with the rest of the X11 samples; see /usr/lpp/X11/Xamples/README.
