The easiest way to determine the amount of physical mamory (and all other physical characteristics such as adapters, drives, etc.) on an RS/6000 is by using the 'lscfg' command (lscfg = list configurations). Typing 'lscfg' at the prompt will result in the generation of a detailed list.
