	Ok, Here is the story.  
	I have a SCO *NIX/386 Box with a Microcom QX/4232hs modem.
	I also have a SCO X*NIX/286 Box with a Microcom QX/3296c modem.

	When every I uucp a *large* file from the 386 to the 286 box my uucp
	link fails, after a series of alarms.  But when I transfer a small
	file all is a-okay.

	I don't know what to try next, any ideas ???
