I've been using QVT-NET since a couple of days, but I'm having some
trouble get it to run from either USHER or the program manager.
In both instances, I get a QVT message 'network initialization error'.
I CAN get the program to run from the RUN commands in USHER and 
program manager.  From there on, I can use the icon in the program
manager or the entry in USHER to restart the program.
Any suggestions?
