Is there anyone out there running Charisma for Windows from 
a server.  I have trying to get it to work by linking an Icon
to the Charism.exe file which is located on a server drive.  When
I double click on the ICON I get a hourglass, then nothing.
Any ideas????? Is there something special I have to put in the
Win.ini or any other *.ini file.
