i did this:

  /usr1/home/lakin/pam># adb -w /vmunix /dev/kmem
  not core file =	/dev/kmem
  kbd_repeatdelay/W 10
  _kbd_repeatdelay:		0x32		=	0x10
  $q

works fine, but no effect when in openwin ... then I saw this
posted:

  The new key repeat delay was changed by Sun in some recent release.
  If you are running X, you can obtain relief by using the -ar1
  and -ar2 flags.  (Try -ar1 450)

but i dont know enuff X to use this hint. The man page on openwin revealed
no -ar1 or -ar2 options. 

Can someone take the time to educate me briefly here?
