Hello!

Have you ever tried to run puzzle with a picture. The manual
suggests "puzzle -picture mandrill.cm". I like it.

Unfortunately puzzle uses its own picture format. I know
of Jef Postkanzer's ppmtopuzz (from PBMPLUS) but I would
like puzzle to read pictures in GIF format.

Did someone already changed puzzle to do it?
