Has anyone got a good feel for what should be in the XtErrorDB file?

I was not even aware of its (possible) existence until today when a
Motif application tried to open it.  Based on the fact that it *is*
documented, I suppose this in not a typo for XErrorDB but there is no
such file in the MIT distribution and I don't understand what is
supposed to be in it from the documentation.
