Mary,
You are quite right about the support.  I've found that in general
the support I've gotten from Henter-Joyce has been good.  Like
Walter I rather wish they had taken a few more bugs out before
releasing the software, however, when jaws 2 came out, I happened to
have the bucks which I might not have had later.  Frankly though, if
it weren't for the problems I had with flipper and the exceedingly
bad support in my case, I would have probably stayed with them as in
general I can figure out flipper better than I have been able to do
with jaws.  Oh well.  I'm not the best when it comes to docs, so
it's really my own fault I guess.
I must say though that things do look promising where jaws is
concerned, and I intend to stick it out.
By the way, have you heard the Doubletalk speech yet?  I must say
that I was rather impressed.
