[This is from the Blink Talk Conference]

I would appreciate any comments people would have regarding
programs used for creating forms.  I have looked
at Frommate, from Henter-Joyce, but it's $495 price tag
seems kind of expensive.
Also, I've heard of something like, Perfect Forms,
or maybe it was Easy Forms.  It sells for about
$30.
