My parents will be going to San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico
soon.  Among other things, they are interested in birdwatching.  They would 
appreciate any tips anyone has on local guides and travel agencies there,
especially ones specializing in birdwatching trips.

Also, any hints on the best places for birdwatching, and just the best places
in general would be much appreciated.
