I need a powersupply to run 4 of these drives that i have.  

The specs for one drive is:

Now, i know it is possible to have this, but would it be possible to buy one of
these for a cheep price ??? (College student here) or if not to buy one, could
and electronics simpleton (i.e. me) build it ?????
