The subject line about says it all.  I need to know the organization and
timing of a DRAM that's labeled Motorola FQD8416.  I suspect it's a 
64K-bit by 1, 150ns chip, but I need to know for sure--no guesses please.
Also, if you could tell me a commonly available replacement chip, that
would be great.  I'd appreciate e-mail replies since I don't normally
read sci.electronics.  Thanks.
