Hello world!

I have tried a fwe of the ftpable packages that were announced here,
but since I dn't have access to a unix machine with X windows 
I could not run those applications. I only have access to X-windows
via DECwindown on a 3100, and there fore I am interested to hear if
anyone has 1) ported any of the packages to VMS/DECwindows/ other
packages running in that envirnment  2) non-graphical Neural Network
applications (back-propagation) tht run under VMS? Please mail me
and I will summarize if there is interest. Thanks,
