It was written by Nathan Miles of Ohio State. It takes phonological rules written in the two-level notation and translates them into finite state tables which can be directly read by PC-KIMMO. This is a beta test version, so we are looking for feedback. Evan Antworth Academic Computing Department Summer Institute of Linguistics 7500 W.
