PopInput is a program for input of characters to your editor by the
use of a pop-up window.  It is especially useful for TeX where it
can be used together with a user designed font.  It provides for the
possibility of representing an arbitrary length TeX macro by one
user defined character on the screen, and a user friendly way of
inputing this character.
