Subject: Problems with UniCom 2.0c

I downloaded UniCom 2.0c (uc-20ca.zip) from cica.cica.indiana.edu
yesterday.  I installed into windows, put the UCLIB.EXE program into my
/WINDOWS directory (I left a copy in the directory with UniCom), and
tried to run it from windows.  The hard drive whirred for a little while,
and that was it.  Nothing.  I redownloaded it from cica, but I got the
same result.  I am using a Packard Bell 286-12 computer, with a separate
IRQ for COM1 and COM2 free.  

Can anyone maybe explain to me what's going on?  Any conjectures would be
appreciated.  Thanx....
