We are attempting to test the routing ability of a CGS/2-2E router with release 8.2(3) software. The router is (we think) properly configured per the examples in the manual. It recognizes the existence of the Apollo workstations and knows about routes to other networks. We can't however, get a workstation on one side of the router to talk to another one on the other side. I believe the problem is that the Apollo workstations are not configured to use Domain ARP (which is required per the cisco manual). Whenever I ask our local Apollo administrator's or the Apollo support group about Domain ARP, all I get are blank looks like they never heard of such a thing. We are running version 10.3 of Apollo Domain but apparently the default configuration does not enable Domain ARP. If anyone knows how to configure the Apollo's to activate Domain ARP, please respond and send me enough information to pass on to our Apollo administrator to get him looking in the right places. You help is most appreciated.
