Hi ,
	My research is not really a graphical subject but I've found I need some graphics routines or code. I need code which can normalise and centralise the contents of a binary raster file . Contents of the file would typically be a character which requires centralising and normalising for neural network recognition . I hope some one can help by either providing code or a refernece to he source for such code.
