As indicated in the Subject, we need to turn HPGL files into editable
EPS files (which i understand are also known as AI ), and back again
after some alterations.  We would like to do it on a PC with MS-DOS, but 
could do it under VMS.

The actual need is Calcomp to EPS; i don't think this is possible,
and we can work with HPGL.

So far I've found a package called HiJaak, which will go from a variety
of vector formats ( including HPGL ) to EPS, and from EPS to a variety
of raster formats.  It does not appear to go from anything back
to a vector format other than EPS (ie HPGL).

Any ideas regarding products?
