What aer the ADA-ED and ADA-SW lists?  (It seems like education and
software...)  How can I get access to these lists?   What is ASR?

Also, Is there a really cheap Ada compiler for the PC that I might be
able to get?  I am a student, so I would be interested in finding a
student rate if I could...
