I forget the name. It's called "Object Oriented Programming, an Evolutionary Approach", pub Addison Wesley, about 1983 I think. It has a reasonable general OO content (as well as the Objective-C tutorial stuff), and says a lot about code reuse through Cox's "Software IC" notion. Mark
