Few days ago, Doug Crabill (dgc@cs.purdue.edu ) posted a program on
the net which converts an arbitrary PostScript image to an
encapsulated
PostScript image with a bitmap (EPSI). Doug's program ( pstoepsi )
requires the following:

You must have the PBMPLUS utilities.

You must have either OpenWindows, GhostScript, or both.
