The only difficult part was figuring out the proper way to transfer the files from the Mac to the Unix machine. Once the files were transferred correctly, I followed the directions in Appendix A of the reference manual. I wound up using "MacIP 4.01" from Stanford on my Mac to copy the files up. Before transferring, I selected the "MacBinary" mode. On the Unix end, I used "mcvert -Ur" to extract the resource fork from each file received. The "mcvert" utility can be FTP'ed from sumex-aim.stanford.edu. It's in /info-mac/unix/mcvert-16.shar. I'm not sure where MacIP can be obtained, but any similiar program will do.
