 Greeting:

  I have a problem to run spice3d2 under Ultrix 4.1/X11R4 on
  DECstation 3100.

  When I run spice on examples/mosmem.cir and others:
      Spice 1 ->
      Spice 1 -> source mosmem.cir
      Circuit: mosmem - mos memory cell
      Spice 2 -> run
      Warning: vwb: no DC value, transient time 0 value used
      Warning: vw: no DC value, transient time 0 value used
      Warning: vs: no DC value, transient time 0 value used

 It always give me :
      internal error -- segmentation violation

 The spice3d2 was compiled spice3d2 under Ultrix 4.1/X11R4 on
 DECstation 3100. 

 I recompiled it under Ultrix 3.1/X11R4 on DECstation 3100 and
 run through every example; it worked fine.

 Does anyone know this problem ?
