Does anyone have a set of C sources or perhaps libs to use instead of the
IBM-PC BIOS calls for screen output.  The BIOS is just tooooo sloooooow :-(.
I need to do just simple text (in color) output.  I would like it to
determine the display type and just handle it for me.
