Subject: Info on Object Oriented Programming

Hi everyone..
I am doing a report on Object Oriented Programming VS traditional
programming and I was wondering if anyone could send me some info
on the topic. I am not really familiar with OOP so I am kind of lost.
Any book/articles or any kind of media suggestions would be appreciated.
