However I cannot find any document that gives an overall description of what MACH is all about and how it achieve the solution to the problems it is trying to solve. What I am looking for is not Yet-Another-How-To-Use-It document, but rather one that gives a general description of all phases of it, especially the low level implementation issues. There seems to be a lot of things lacking in MACH. Perhaps this is because I don't see how the existing things are really supposed to be used.
