I have recently moved, and lost my "development" system (Friends PC w/o RLL controller) that I had planned on installing the RLL patches to get my system up an running. I enjoy reading the list, and came across a message from >> David Sehr Who said that he used the demo disk to get his system up an running. I was wondering, if this would be possible with my copy of 1.2 (I mean using the Demo disk as a base to install my version to my hard drive, and then upgrading from the net). At this time I cannot FTP, and cannot even use BITFTP from my system (a Prime) to get the Demo disk. What I was wondering is if there is someone out there who could send me the demo disk UUEncoded, and possibly how to "bootstrap" with the demo disk, and then get my version running. Thanks Karl P.S. Please do not post anything directly to the list, as there is enough traffic already. I would prefer a response directly to me. +---------------------------------------------------+ + Karl Gaston : Operations Assistant + + SUNY @ Brockport + +---------------------------------------------------+ + Please direct replies to: + + BITNET : + + otherwise : + + + +---------------------------------------------------+ -- Mail System (MMDF)
