State= 4f Phase = 20 scsi (0,ID,0) transfer aborted (Hardware error) (when trying to open the device when the system is running, the system hangs for 30 seconds, and resets the scsi bus, [I/O Error]) what does this error mean ? is there any way to get this disk run under this system ? the disk runs fine (?)
