        LURE (CNRS FRANCE) use POP3 for VMS-Mail distribution to 60
MAC's users with Eudora. POP3 server is IUPOP3 (from Indiana University)
modified for UCX 1.3, SMTP server (for reply) is MX ( from RPI ) or SMTP Mailer
(from CMU-TCP).
