I've finally gotten the .dvi file for the text of the ECMA reference
model for CASE integration frameworks.  The first response to this
basenote is a shar file of the compressed .dvi file.  The document
does not have the ECMA formatting because that does not exist in .dvi
format but it is the same document except for that.
