Has anyone tried printing LaTeX files with dviprint that have table of
contents and list of figures?

When I dviprint LaTeX documents with the table of contents, the first
few pages of the document don't get printed.  For example,  if I have
a titlepage, and abtract, a table of contents, and a list of figures
that all take 6 pages, these first six pages are printed, but the
actual document starts printing on page six, so six pages are missing.

Everything comes out right with showdvi, and when I print the same document
on a UNIX implementation.  Is this a bug in DVIprint?
