SCSI board (non-kronus type) on my amiga. I want to be able to talk to another computer (a NeXT) via SCSI, and I want that connection to look like a serial port. I then want to run DNET over that connection (DNET connects unix sockets to amiga messge ports). My question is: Can this be done? Has this been done? How would I make my amiga end look like a serial port? How can I access the SCSI bus from the NeXT end with the supplied software? (It is not a block device, and the computers would probably be the higher numbered devices on the bus). For that matter, can the NeXT access more than 2 SCSI devices? (I know the two lowest become the disk drives, but other than that?) Please reply directly; I do not realiably receive news (too much of it, too little time). Michael
