I have some used RAM for the 2630 board.  It is in an existing circuit board,
I can de-solder it or sell it on the board.  It can be used to expand a 2-meg
32-bit RAM 2630 board (as found in a 2500, or separately) to 4 megs.
I would like $100 for 2 megs.
