   I'm looking for the little utility that makes the 'stop-watch' pointer's
second hand go around when accessing the hd.  I also am looking for a ham/iff
viewer that views a picture scaled down to a less than screen sized image. Like
resizing a gif image in Xwindows.  If any one can tell me what the names of
these 2 programs are and/or where to find them, then I'd be greatful//
