ADUS is the HP/Apollo workstation users' group. They maintain a software library
which currently occupies at least 4 60 MB cartridge tapes. The library will be
online and available for anyone to copy at theAuguest 4th-8th ADUS conference
in Sandiego. Both cartridge tape and 8mm Exabyte drive will be available. Blank
tapes will be available for purchase at the conference at cost. Pre-made tapes will
be available, too. Price will probably be about $80/tape -- well worth it when you
consider that the cartidge tape drives take about 1 hour/tape. Dave Shaw, the
ADUS librarian, is currently reformatting the entire library to make it easier to
find and load particular programs; and he is also testing that they work at SR10.

508-256-6600. There is no cost to being a member, although the annual conference
has a registration fee of about $350 (less, if volunteer to give a talk -- hint, hint).
