My experiences with Quality and Programs Plus have been good; LRO not
so good (the problem of saying they have it in stock when they don't).
Also, there are limits to Roger Coats' vaunted service.  After asking him
a couple of questions concerning compatibility, and working through a
situation concerning an item that he first said he could supply (it was
on his price list) and then decided he couldn't; he decided that it was
not in his interests to do business with him.  At times he does seem to
run a bit of a boiler room operation!
