The problem is with cpp. From the man page:

         -Hnnn          Change the internal macro definition table to
                        be nnn bytes in size.  The macro symbol table
                        will be increased proportionately.  The
                        default table size is at least 128,000 bytes.
                        This option serves to eliminate "too many
                        defines" and "too much defining" errors.

Try adding -Wp,-H150000 to you compiler flags, increasing the table size.
