The three programs I have seen for such things and do it well all run under
windows 3.0.  They are...


		Micrografx Designer (current version is v3.02)
		Corel Draw (V2.0)
		Power Point

The first two are excellent drawing programs, that treat items as objects
(true drawing applications, not painting apps.)  I prefer Micrografx, but
the recent version of Corel Draw may be an improvemnt over the version 1.2
of Corel Draw I used to use.  Power Point is a slide presentation utility
that when used in conjunction with either of the other two makes for a great
system.  But the costs of such a system are very prohibitive.  I would ger
one of the first two, see how it goes, and then look into the last one
as a supplement.
