Message-ID: <1991May10.161910.28499@ux1.cso.uiuc.edu> Date: 10 May 91 16:19:10 GMT Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana Lines: 15 One of our staff is interested in hooking up a notebook to his Bernoulli drive (a 44 Mb "Transportable"). I told him about an ad that has appeared in PC Mag that used the Parallel Port instead on the usual 8-bit controller card that Iomega provides for desktop PC's. Do any of you HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE using a Bernoulli with your machines via the parallel port? --- Thanks in advance. -- /=============================================================================\ | Steve Burch, Hydrogeologist || DISCLAIMER: These are my own opinions| | Illinois State Water Survey || and not necessarily those of my |
