I am interested in plotting contour or surface plots from three columns
of data. The following is a list of what has been tried and the
successes of each.

	Kaleidagraph: doesn't do them
	CricketGraph: nope
	wingz: good, but I don't own it
	Excel 3: nope
	Matlab: complicated
	Mathematica: only square blocks. Complicated
	Contour 81: (on sumex) is buggy
	
I am still looking for other alternatives.
