I'm looking for something that will help keep track of customers and potential customers. I need to keep track of whether I need to return phone calls, or I'm waiting for return phone calls from possible sales leads. I also need to keep track of how I'm servicing current customers -- Did I promise an upgrade? Did I schedule him for a course? Does he need assistance with hardware? Does he work with some other customer? Etc...
