Message-ID: Date: 9 May 91 18:12:27 GMT Organization: Graduate School of Industrial Administration, Carnegie Mellon, Pittsburgh, PA Lines: 11 Can I put 4 2 Mb SIMMs in my Mac IIcx? I have 5 Mb now, and I'd like to replace the 256k SIMMs to get more memory. I don't need the 20 Mb I'd get from installing 4 Mb SIMMs, and I'm afraid to install 2 Mb versions (for a happy 12 Mb compromise) untill Apple blesses the idea. Will this work? Can I plug 2 Mb chips into the Personal LW NT I'm thinking about getting? Thanks in advance, Jon
