McGraw-Hill, Inc. produces a CD titled "Human Anatomy And Physiology
Image Library".  I was sent a demo copy with limited pictures, etc, quite
some time ago and I can't seem to find any of the paperwork about it.
However, you should be able to get in touch with McGraw-Hill and see if
the item is still available and for what cost.
