Keywords: QD accellerators, NTSC output boards. Message-ID: <9330@lkbreth.foretune.co.jp> Date: 11 May 91 06:51:00 GMT Organization: Foretune Co., Ltd. Tokyo Japan Lines: 23 I have two quick questions for you all. 1) What's the best Quickdraw accelerator board. I am looking for something that will not only speed up the display it's connected to, but also any other displays I have connected, plus offscreen rendering as well. 2) I currently have a Colorspace II, which I am very happy with. However, now I may be in the market for a board that can do very high resolution NTSC output -- higher than the CS2. I've heard that the Truevision boards support modes with increased #'s of pixels horizontally -- this would be an example of what I would want. Any advice, war stories, etc? Oh, good low-level programming support, plus the ability to do "page flipping" would be nice. 8 bit color is all I need, btw. I appreciate your time. Thanks much. -- +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Robert J. Woodhead, Biar Games / AnimEigo, Incs. trebor@foretune.co.jp | | "The Force.
