I know my CX does have a ROM SIMM slot... In MacWEEK's article an unamed source form Apple said we should upgrade our systems for big $$$.. Ya' right.. I seem to remember that dealer cost for the IIci and IIcx bd are only a couple of hundered dollars apart.. I realize that you'll also need a bottom case.. So why not sell the upgrade ALOT cheaper or make the ROMS available... Not much to ask.. It sure would make for alot of happy campers... My bet: Stupidity will reign again....
